1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Two Door Sedan, the iconic car of the fifties.
Shot this at the Re/Max Car Show in suburban St. Louis, Missouri on September 25th, 2010.
Cleaned this up in Photoshop, and used several layers to lighten and darken some areas and blur the background.
This is the car that most people recognize as the iconic car of the fifties. It is interesting to me that 1957 was one of the few years that Ford outsold Chevrolet. And yet, how many 1957 Fords do you see at car shows. Most people do not remember them, but the ’57 Chevy is a well recognized classic.
This photograph may be used as a reference photograph for anyone who wishes to draw or paint it, traditionally or digitally. Just a few simple rules for use.
Do Not simply lift this and pass it off or sell it as your own.

Did all cars back then have the inverted arrow like that? I thought it was Cadillac thing. Regardless, nice photo!!
